Merchant Vendor

Selling any items, products, or goods at our festival requires a itinerant merchant sales license.  This form will be completed on you behalf  and submitted to the City of South Sioux City, NE once your registration is received and payment has processed.  Cost is $45 

Total cost: Merchant Vendor $145 + SSC Vendor Fee $45 = $190.00


Unity in Action is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

  • Setup & operating at venue by 9:30am

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own equipment. Tables, chairs, tents, electricity etc. will not be provided. By selecting "Agree" you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this form.
